Yes, you are allowed to have visitors. We recognize the importance of your support system during the healing process and encourage telephone calls and visitation with your loved ones. Designated times for calls and visitation will be provided during the admission process.
The length of time a patient is in treatment varies due to acuity and progress in treatment. It is dependent upon the recommendations of the treatment team, your physician, and you.
Yes, we recognize the importance of continuity of care and we ask that you inform the admission personnel of anyone currently involved in your care.
Yes, you should always present ALL active insurance policies at the time of registration. By allowing us to verify all policies and obtain authorizations, we can improve the process by which your insurance companies coordinate payment for possible deductibles or co-insurance.
You can ask any admission staff member to check with your insurance company, prior to admission, what your benefits are and what co-insurance and/or co-pays for which you will be responsible. They, along with our business office professionals, can answer any other financial questions you might have. We’re here to help you make sure the answer is clear.
