best staff ive encountered in a facility like this. best food. it isnt usually a happy time coming to a place like this. but theyve made it the best it could possibly be. i would recommend this place to anyone in search of help.

As my first time attending SUN Behavioral I found myself entering a new start. It was a safe enviroment with excellent staff providing all patients with the upmost care and advice to cope with their stresses. The accomidating doctors and nurses always promoted a strong path to self awareness and positivity. I recomend SUN to anyone who feels they're alone in this world full of hope & oppertunity, and I feel SUN was always looking out for my best interest. :)

The staff was nice and caring. The food was acceptable but let's understand were not the for the food but for help with our mental illness's. The treatment was amazing for me I feel like a brand new person

This place is unique in its treatment plan. The group setting allows for building of ideas and learning from other peoples experiences to help in your own situations. It helps to build a support system as well and emphasize the fact that no one is alone in what they are going through. The therapists are very personable and offer really great care and perspectives. The staff works together really well to make the process uniqye for each person even in the group setting.

I have had an overall great experience here. I learned so much more about myslef and controling my emotions and found a support group.

this is the best Treatment/Detox place i have ever been to the doctors, the staff, the therpist, counselor are wonderful . i would refer everybody to come to this place it amazing.

If you need a place to stay for help they will. The staff is very friendly and my experience got me some friends too. But for your own benefit it s worth it.

I'm very happy we finally have a place like this for the people in our community. I wish this place was here 4 years ago for my father who passed due to alcoholism. The people there care and its addressing a huge problem in our community. Of course there is room for improvement but it seems to be leaps and bounds above other places. Very clean. They have 6 smoke breaks a day and have coffee. They feed you pretty much all day long. Before COVID-19 they would have family visiting. They have a half court gym and a big cafeteria. I believe this hospital can hold 90 patients. I think it's a great thing.

I cannot thank the staff of SUN behavioral enough for their care and how they took care of my brother while he was receiving treatment.Thank you to the team especially Caitlin Grant, Dr. John McGraw, Stacey McDaniel and to so many more names I cannot remember.From the receptionist to every single team member at SUN behavioral, I say a big thank you to you for your care, professionalism and for doing what you do to help people and families who have a loved one struggling with mental illness.My family and I are indeed grateful. I work for an organization that coordinates treatment for substance use disorder. We access the services at Sun Behavioral quite frequently. It is a beautiful center with an amazing staff and really great to work with.

I just finished an 8 week program and couldn t be happier. The staff were incredible from the receptionist to intake to the counselors and support staff.I was treated for depression and suicidal ideations. The counselors are professional, empathetic and knowledgeable.I was treated in the outpatient program. They exceeded my expectations. I have learned coping skills and had a breakthrough. Everybody was supportive (staff and patients). Stacey, my counselor, was exceptional.The facility is fairly new, clean and well maintained.I highly recommend the outpatient program. It is top notch.

Best decision we could have made for our son. The facility is brand new, clean and safe. The staff showed a true respect for my family. Their caring and guidence in our situation, made the process easier during a very difficult time.Do not be swayed by the negative reviews.Sun Behavioral is wonderful!

This hospital it s God sent!!!! Yes it took about 6 hours for the intake process for my sister to be admitted, but everyone of the staff member were very nice and helpful!!! I don t know what we would of done without them in this horrific crisis. Knowing you have a hospital where they take care of your family member in a difficult situation is priceless!!! Keep providing this amazing service for the communities you serve. !!!!!
